目的探讨真核翻译起始因子3h(eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit h,EIF3h)在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床病理学意义,并分析在结直肠癌组织中EIF3h和Ki-67表达的关系。方法应用免疫组化EnVision法检测76例结直肠癌组织、35例结直肠腺瘤组织、20例距癌10 cm的肠黏膜组织中EIF3h的表达水平。结果 EIF3h在结直肠癌组织、腺瘤组织、距癌10 cm的肠黏膜组织中表达的阳性率分别为86.84%(66/76)、31.43%(11/35)、10.00%(2/20),3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。EIF3h的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移相关(P<0.01);与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小和分化程度无关(P>0.05)。结直肠癌组织中EIF3h与Ki-67的表达呈正相关(r=0.42,P<0.01)。结论 EIF3h在结直肠癌组织中呈高表达,提示其可能与结直肠癌的发生、发展密切相关。联合检测EIF3h和Ki-67在结直肠癌中的表达,有助于结直肠癌的诊断和预后的评估。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical pathological significance of eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit h (EIF3h) in colorectal cancer and to analyze the expression of EIF3h and Ki-67 in colorectal cancer relationship. Methods Immunohistochemical EnVision method was used to detect the expression of EIF3h in 76 cases of colorectal cancer, 35 cases of colorectal adenoma and 20 cases of intestinal mucosa of 10 cm. Results The positive rates of EIF3h expression in colorectal cancer tissue, adenoma tissue and intestinal mucosa 10 cm away from cancer were 86.84% (66/76), 31.43% (11/35), 10.00% (2/20) There was significant difference between the three groups (P <0.01). The expression of EIF3h correlated with the depth of tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis (P <0.01), but not with the gender, age, tumor size and differentiation (P> 0.05). There was a positive correlation between EIF3h and Ki-67 in colorectal cancer tissues (r = 0.42, P <0.01). Conclusion EIF3h is highly expressed in colorectal cancer tissues, suggesting that it may be closely related to the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer. Joint detection of EIF3h and Ki-67 in colorectal cancer expression, contribute to the diagnosis of colorectal cancer and prognosis.
