EPC总承包模式在我国工程总承包市场得到快速发展,核电项目中设备采购的费用占到整个项目投资的一半以上,设备采购现场管理也是设备采购全过程管理的重要环节之一。通过对海南昌江总承包核电项目设备采购现场管理存在问题的分析,给出在“抓紧启动核电项目建设”政策下,提高设备采购现场管理水平与效率的措施。
The EPC general contracting mode has been rapidly developed in China’s EPC market. The cost of equipment procurement in nuclear power projects accounts for more than half of the total investment in the project, and the equipment procurement site management is also an important part of the whole process of equipment procurement. Through the analysis of the existing problems in Hainan Changjiang general contracting nuclear power plant equipment procurement site management, the measures to improve the management level and efficiency of equipment procurement site are given under the policy of “Pay close attention to start nuclear power project construction”.
