水资源是人类生存和发展所必须的重要资源,我国的水资源却总量较少,空间分布不均,受季风影响季节变化大。生活中严重的水污染也导致水资源的短缺日益加剧,水利工程建设显得十分重要。水利工程在促进我国经济发展的同时,也对生态环境产生了重要的影响,要想保持可持续发展,就必须在建设水利工程的同时准确的处理其与生态环境的关系,保证生态环境与水资源的协调发展。
