为了探讨骨炎Ⅰ号治疗急性骨髓炎的作用机制。参考Stefan[1] 的造模方法,将金黄色葡萄球菌液注入Wister大白鼠股静脉中,成功地造成动物胫骨骨髓炎模型,灌胃给予药物。通过观察体温、WBC、C3b 受体花环率及红细胞免疫复合物花环率、血清溶酶体含量、组织学检查及抑菌试验。结果发现骨炎Ⅰ号组与模型组或正常组之间有非常显著性差异(P< 0.01);在免疫学指标方面骨炎Ⅰ号优于青霉素组(P< 0.05)。实验充分表明骨炎Ⅰ号有明显的抗炎、抑菌及提高机体免疫力的作用。
In order to explore the mechanism of osteitis I treatment of acute osteomyelitis. Referring to Stefan [1]’s modeling method, Staphylococcus aureus was injected into the femoral vein of Wister’s rat. The model of humerus osteomyelitis was successfully created in the animal and gavage was given. By observing body temperature, WBC, C3b receptor rosette rate and red cell immune complex rosette rate, serum lysosome content, histological examination and antibacterial test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the osteitis group I and the model group or the normal group (P<0.01), and the osteitis group I was superior to the penicillin group in the immunological index (P<0.05). Experiments have fully demonstrated that osteitis I has obvious anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and immune effects.
