本实验用Wistar大白鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为四纽,其中设三个不同剂量的煤焦沥青(CTP)组(6.48mg、136.56mg和200mg)和一对照组(给予炭粉20mg)。上述剂量药物混悬于一定容积的生理盐水内,分10次气管内灌注,每周一次。于停注后6个月和11个月,每组随机处死6只动物,脏器作病理检查(另文报道)。本文仅作骨髓微核试验,取胸骨骨髓涂于加有一滴1%柠檬酸三钠溶液的载玻片上。
In this experiment, Wistar rats, male and female, were randomly divided into four groups, including three different doses of coal tar pitch (CTP) group (6.48 mg, 136.56 mg, and 200 mg) and a control group (20 mg of carbon powder). .
