目的建立卷烟烟丝中3种多元醇类保润剂(丙二醇、丙三醇和三乙二醇)的气相色谱-质谱测定方法。方法将剪碎至4 mm并恒温恒湿下平衡的卷烟烟丝用含内标的甲醇溶液通过水平震荡和超声两种方式提取,提取液经PSA净化柱净化和0.45μm过滤头过滤后进行气相色谱质谱分析,内标法定量。结果该方法测定3种保润剂在标准系列范围内线性良好,检出限在0.17~1.1μg/ml之间,定量下限在0.56~3.03μg/ml之间,低、中、高3个浓度水平的标准溶液精密度RSD均小于1%,样品的精密度RSD小于5%,加标回收率在93%~111%之间。结论该方法前处理过程简单快捷,提取效率高,测定灵敏、准确,可以用于卷烟烟丝中3种保润剂的测定。
Objective To establish a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of three polyol humectants (propylene glycol, glycerol and triethylene glycol) in cigarette tobacco. Methods The tobacco shreds cut to 4 mm and equilibrated under constant temperature and humidity were extracted by two methods: horizontal shaking and ultrasonic with internal standard methanol solution. The extracts were purified by PSA column and filtered through a 0.45 μm filter and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry Analysis, internal standard method. Results The method showed that the three kinds of humectants had good linearity within the range of standard series, the detection limits were between 0.17 ~ 1.1μg / ml, the limits of quantification were between 0.56 ~ 3.03μg / ml, low, middle and high concentrations The RSDs of the standard solutions were less than 1%, the RSDs of samples were less than 5%, and the recoveries were between 93% and 111%. Conclusion The pretreatment process of the method is simple and fast, the extraction efficiency is high, the determination is sensitive and accurate, and it can be used for the determination of three kinds of humectants in cigarette tobacco.
