基于等效龄期的抗冲耐磨混凝土力学性能预测

等效龄期法主要应用于实际温度历程下混凝土的抗压强度预测,而对抗拉强度和弹性模量等抗裂性参数的预测却鲜有报道。为进一步完善相应的实验方法,验证用等效龄期法参于测定、计算实际温度历程下混凝土力学性能参数的适用性,通过测试抗冲磨混凝土绝热温升,以实际工程为数值计算模型,获得了温度匹配历程曲线;随后以3种活化能有明显区别的抗冲磨混凝土(FA、FAS、EA)为例,采用ASTM C 1074-04方法测定了其砂浆活化能。基于Arrhenius公式计算混凝土在温度匹配养护(TMC)过程中的等效龄期,结合其标准养护(SC)下抗拉强度和弹性模量的经时发展模型,得到实际温度历程下的力学性能计算值,其结果与采用实际温度历程进行温度匹配养护得到的实测结果较为一致。 The equivalent age method is mainly used to predict the compressive strength of concrete under the actual temperature history. However, the prediction of the crack resistance parameters such as tensile strength and elastic modulus is seldom reported. In order to further improve the corresponding experimental methods, the equivalent age method is used to verify the applicability of the equivalent age method to calculate the mechanical properties of concrete under the actual temperature history. By testing the adiabatic temperature rise of anti-abrasion concrete, The curves of temperature matching were obtained. Then, three kinds of anti-erosion concrete (FA, FAS, EA) with obvious difference in activation energy were used as examples to measure the activation energy of mortar according to ASTM C 1074-04. Based on the Arrhenius formula, the equivalent age of concrete during TMC was calculated, and the mechanical properties under actual temperature history were obtained by combining with the time-dependent development model of tensile strength and elastic modulus under standard curing (SC) Value, the results with the actual temperature history of the temperature matching curing the measured results are more consistent.
