一九九六年,中共中央、国务院关于卫生改革与发展的决定中明确提出“加强药品管理,促进医药协调发展”。江泽民同志多次指出:“我们党和政府历来十分关心人民群众的健康,把它作为一件大事来抓”。这表明了党中央、国务院及各级人民政府对人民群众健康的高度重视。
In 1996, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council decided explicitly in the decision on health reform and development to “strengthen drug administration and promote the coordinated development of medicine.” Comrade Jiang Zemin has pointed out many times: “Our party and government have always been very concerned about the health of the people and taken it as a major event.” This shows that the Central Party Committee, the State Council and the people’s governments at all levels attach great importance to the health of the people.
