以实验法研究诊断装载机/挖掘机操作室主要噪声源及其传播途径的新方法。为了掌握操作室的噪声和振动特点,以操作室模型为对象测试空气声隔声及固体声传递性能。实际车辆工作时,在操作室外测试噪声源/振动源的强度。根据所测得的隔声量/传递函数及噪声源/振动源数据,把操作室噪声分解成通过不同途径传波来的空气声和固体声。经过分析确认主要噪声源和其传播途径,最终提出降低噪声的方案。
A New Method to Diagnose Main Noise Source and Its Transmission Route in Loader / Excavator Operation Room by Experimental Method. In order to grasp the noise and vibration characteristics of the operating room, air-borne sound insulation and solid-borne sound transmission performance were tested on the operating room model. When the actual vehicle is working, test the intensity of the noise source / vibration source outside the operation room. Based on the measured sound insulation volume / transfer function and noise source / vibration source data, the operating room noise is decomposed into airborne sound and solid sound transmitted through different channels. After analysis to identify the main source of noise and its transmission, the final proposal to reduce noise.
