1995年11月,中国政府照会世贸组织总干事鲁杰罗,把中国复关工作组更名为中国“入世”工作组;与此同时,台湾当局也“照会”世贸组织把关贸总协定中国台北问题工作组更名为世贸组织中国台北工作组。
