海事仲裁作为案件争议解决的一个重要途径,其对我国海事案件的解决发挥着重要的作用。但由于其自身的特性,海事仲裁也离不开法院的司法监督。因此,作为对海事仲裁产生重要影响的证据保全也离不开司法监督。本文试从海事仲裁下证据保全的司法监督的必要性及其特点入手,阐释对海事仲裁下证据保全司法监督的认识。 Maritime arbitration, as an important way to resolve disputes in cases, plays an important role in the settlement of maritime cases in our country. However, due to its own characteristics, maritime arbitration can not be separated from the judicial supervision of the court. Therefore, as a proof of maritime arbitration that has a significant impact on the preservation of justice is also inseparable from the supervision. This paper tries to start with the necessity and characteristics of judicial supervision of evidence preservation under maritime arbitration and expounds the cognition of judicial supervision of evidence preservation under maritime arbitration.
