在当代文化研究领域,受过系统的社会学训练的英国学者托尼·本尼特(Tony Bennett)的学术研究显得别具一格。他在后现代语境下,通过与各种模式的马克思主义进行批判性的对话,努力发展一种更加彻底的社会化和历史化的马克思主义文论,倡导对文学/社会关系领域进行非审美的理论分析,并指出与审美决裂的一系列概念、方法和程序。本文意欲对托尼·本尼特的这种非文学的文学理论的贡献及其不足进行分析,以就教于学界。
In the field of contemporary cultural studies, the academic study of Tony Bennett, a British scholar systematically trained in sociology, is distinctive. Under the postmodernist context, through a critical dialogue with various models of Marxism, he endeavored to develop a more thorough socialization and historical Marxist literary theory and advocated non-aesthetic appreciation of the field of literature / social relations Theoretical analysis and pointed out a series of concepts, methods and procedures to break with the aesthetic. This article intends to analyze Tony Bennett’s contributions and deficiencies in this non-literary theory of literature in order to teach in academia.
