三辊行星斜轧机是七十年代中期问世的一种新型大压下量、高效率轧钢机,是轧制半成品或成品棒材的一种经济的方法,一台这样的轧机能代替7—8台普通轧机组成的开坯机组或粗轧机组的工作。(用它来取代棒材、管坯车间和中小型型钢车间的开坯机组或粗轧机组,进行设备换代,以达到高产、低耗、优质及自动化等目的都是极为有利的。)本文对三辊行星斜轧机的运动原理,特征参数和轧制力的确定等作了理论分析,为三辊行星斜轧机的设计提供了依据。
A three-roller Planetary Cross Rolling Mill is a new type of high-pressure, high-efficiency rolling mill that came out in the mid-1970s. It is an economical method for rolling semi-finished products or finished products. One such mill can replace 7-8 Taiwan ordinary mill composed of roughing unit or roughing unit work.
