高龄五指山小型猪近交系血液生化指标测定

目的了解猪龄和性别对五指山小型猪(WZSP)近交系血液生化指标的影响。方法 WZSP近交系F17、F186月龄青年猪34头(7♂,27♀),5—6高龄猪21头(8♂,13♀),禁食12 h后经由前腔静脉采血,用全自动生化分析仪检测血液生化指标。结果青年猪和高龄猪有部分血液生化指标具有性别差异(P<0.05),其中青年猪有3项高龄猪有7项;青年猪和高龄猪有16项血清生化指标具有差异(P<0.05)。结论 WZSP近交系血液生化指标有着明显的年龄差异,这对选用高龄猪作为人类老年化动物模型提供了基础参考数据。 Objective To understand the influence of pig age and gender on blood biochemical indexes of WZSP inbred lines. METHODS: WZSP inbred lines F17 and F186 were harvested from 7 of 34 pigs (7♂, 27♀) and 21 (8♂, 13♀) of 5-6 piglets. Blood was collected via the anterior vena cava after fasting for 12 hours, Automatic biochemical analyzer to detect blood biochemical indicators. Results There were gender differences in some blood biochemical indexes between young pigs and senior pigs (P <0.05), among which there were 7 of 3 young pigs in young pigs and 16 serums in young pigs and senior pigs (P <0.05) . Conclusion The blood biochemical parameters of WZSP inbred lines have obvious age difference, which provides the basic reference data for the selection of the aged pigs as human aging animal model.
