深井泵又称有杆泵,是抽油装置的井下设备.下泵深度通常在数百米到上千米,泵内压力可高达10MPa以上,而且油液中往往含有砂、蜡、气、水及腐蚀性物质.工作环境复杂,工作条件恶劣.泵的工作好坏直接影响油井产量,泵的使用寿命直接影响检泵周期,因此深井泵是抽油装置中的一个关键部件.为保证深井泵能在复杂情况下长期正常工作,泵的结构,有关零件的材料和制造工艺,必须满足一系列的特殊要求.本讲主要介绍泵的种类、泵的工作原理、泵的结构特点,以及提高泵的效率、延长泵的使用寿命应采取的措施.
