目的了解山东省健康人群流行性腮腺炎(腮腺炎)抗体水平,为腮腺炎免疫预防提供依据。方法 2014-2015年选取山东省10个市,按照分层随机抽样抽取0-50岁健康人群,采集血清标本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测腮腺炎Ig G抗体。结果共调查健康人群2 522名,血清腮腺炎抗体阳性率为86.20%、抗体几何平均浓度(Geometric mean concentration,GMC)为85.11 IU/ml。10个市人群抗体阳性率和GMC范围分别为76.52%-94.63%、54.93IU/ml-154.49IU/ml(χ~2=89.80,P<0.01;F=18.56,P<0.01)。人群年龄别腮腺炎抗体阳性率和GMC范围分别为67.30%(0-1岁)-94.29%(11-14岁)、64.85IU/ml(2-4岁)-104.71IU/ml(11-14岁)(χ~2=137.91,P<0.01;F=3.40,P<0.05);0-14岁抗体阳性率及GMC呈随年龄增加而增长的趋势。结论山东省0-50岁人群对腮腺炎已建立了较高免疫屏障;应加强1.5-2岁儿童含腮腺炎成分疫苗常规免疫的及时接种和6岁儿童的第2剂接种。
Objective To understand the level of mumps antibody in healthy population in Shandong Province and provide the basis for mumps immunization. Methods From 2014 to 2015, 10 cities in Shandong Province were selected. Serum samples from 0-50 years old were collected according to stratified random sampling. Serum samples were collected and IgG antibodies to mumps were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results A total of 2 522 healthy people were investigated. The positive rate of mumps antibody was 86.20%. The geometric mean concentration (GMC) of antibody was 85.11 IU / ml. The antibody positive rate and GMC range of the 10 municipalities were 76.52% -94.63%, 54.93IU / ml-154.49IU / ml respectively (χ ~ 2 = 89.80, P <0.01; F = 18.56, P <0.01). The positive rates of the age-specific mumps antibody and GMC ranged from 67.30% (0-1 years) to 94.29% (11-14 years), 64.85 IU / ml (2-4 years) -104.71 IU / ml (11-14 (Χ ~ 2 = 137.91, P <0.01; F = 3.40, P <0.05). The positive rate of antibody at 0-14 years old and GMC increased with age. Conclusion The population of 0-50-year-olds in Shandong Province has established a high immunological barrier to mumps. The routine immunization of mumps-containing component vaccine should be strengthened in children aged 1.5-2 years and the second dose of 6-year-old children should be vaccinated.
