目的:观察逍遥降压功对原发性高血压患者血压及相关因素的影响。方法:将56例60岁以上自愿练功的原发性高血压患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,分别给予练功+服药和单纯服药治疗,共24周,观察练功前后血压、心率、握力、臂力、体质量、腰臀比及智能生理年龄变化情况。结果:原发性高血压患者在习练逍遥降压功后,患者收缩压、舒张压水平及心率较练功前降低(P<0.01),比对照组治疗后的收缩压、舒张压水平及心率显著降低(P<0.05);习练逍遥降压功后,握力、臂力显著增加(P<0.01),且智能生理年龄测试显示,练功前后有显著变化(P<0.01)。结论:习练逍遥降压功有明显的降低血压、减慢心率作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Xiaoyao Jiangzheng Gong on blood pressure and related factors in patients with essential hypertension. Methods: Fifty-six patients with essential hypertension who over 60 years of age were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients were given training and medication respectively for 24 weeks. Blood pressure, heart rate, grip strength, arm strength , Body mass, waist-to-hip ratio and changes of intelligent physiological age. Results: Compared with before exercise, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of patients with essential hypertension were lower than those before exercise (P <0.01) (P <0.05). After exercise, the grip strength and arm strength increased significantly (P <0.01), and the intelligent physiological age test showed significant changes before and after exercise (P <0.01). Conclusion: Practicing Happy Surge Hypotension has obvious lower blood pressure, slow down the role of heart rate.
