目的分析270例阴道镜指导下多点活检病理结果。方法回顾性分析270例行阴道镜检查的指征及阴道镜下多点活检结果。结果 270例患者阴道镜指导下宫颈多点活检后,宫颈黏膜慢性炎症78例,CINⅠ78例,CINⅡ43例,CINⅢ58例,宫颈癌13例。结论阴道镜下多点活检可有效地提高活检的阳性率,对早发现宫颈上皮内瘤变、避免宫颈癌的发生有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the biopsy results of 270 cases under the guidance of colposcopy. Methods Retrospective analysis of 270 cases of colposcopy indications and colposcopy multipoint biopsy results. Results In the 270 patients with colposcopic biopsy under cervical colposcopy, there were 78 cases of chronic inflammation of cervical mucosa, including 78 cases of CINⅠ, 43 cases of CINⅡ, 58 cases of CINⅢ and 13 cases of cervical cancer. Conclusion colposcopy biopsy can effectively improve the positive rate of biopsy, early detection of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, to avoid the occurrence of cervical cancer is of great significance.
