为科学评价云瑞系列创新亲本及组合的育种潜力,文章以云瑞甘蔗创新亲本选配的32个杂交组合为研究材料,分别应用R软件分析、灰色接近度评估、同异分析、模糊综合评判4种方法对参试组合有性世代主要工、农艺性状进行综合分析,并比较4种方法对杂交组合优劣评价的准确度、区分度、以及评价等级与杂种圃材料入选率高低的吻合程度,4种方法得出较为一致的结果:除6号组合外的1~9号组合均为优级、较优级,29~32号组合为较差级、差级;除少数组合外,评价等级的优劣与其杂种圃入选率的高低基本吻合;灰色接近度评估对组合的区分度好,但准确度较差;同异分析、模糊综合评判对组合的区分度、准确度均为最优或优,可作为甘蔗杂交组合评价优先使用的方法,与常用的R软件分析共同构成甘蔗杂交组合评价的技术方法体系。
