以《成长记录册》为载体,探索过程性评价的实践与思考

一、贯彻《纲要》精神,改变教育评价的价值取向在新《纲要》的指导下,我园从2001年开始,尝试以《幼儿成长记求册》为载体,将教育评价与幼儿的教育、幼儿的发展,协调成为一个和谐统一的过程。把终结性的评价变为过程性的评价,将统一、定期、标准化的评价变为个人化、发展性的评价,促使教师将视角从关注结果转为关注每一个孩子是怎样发展的,从而真正地挖掘每一个孩子的潜力,促进其生动、活泼、富有个性的发展。希望通过研究在实践和理论层面较好地贯彻《纲要》“以人为本”的教育理念,突出评价在促进幼儿发展和改进教学上的功能。 I.
