本文介绍了乌达矿务局苏海图煤矿利用均压技术解决了以下两个问题:1、解决了在负压通风的矿井中,网下掘进时瓦斯超限问题;2、解决了不通风井巷中积存的、或瓦斯巷道中的瓦斯问题。并阐明了采用均压法进行网下掘进和排放瓦斯的优点:①能排除在供风量有限的情况下,用常规法不能排除的瓦斯;②在因气压变化而瓦斯涌出量增加情况下,采用均压法比常规法更简捷、安全;③设备简单、不增加能耗、安全好。 This paper introduces the Wuda Mining Bureau, Suhai Figure coal mine pressure equalization technology to solve the following two problems: 1, to solve the negative pressure ventilation in the mine, under the gas tunneling when the gas over-limit problem; 2, to solve the problem of not ventilated Gas storage in the shaft, or gas problems in the gas roadway. And expounds the advantages of adopting pressure equalization method to excavate and discharge gas under the grid: ① it can exclude the gas that can not be excluded by the conventional method when the supply air volume is limited; ② when the gas emission increases due to the change of barometric pressure, The use of pressure equalization method is more simple and safe than the conventional method; ③ equipment is simple, does not increase energy consumption, good safety.
