提出了一种新型的恒张力控制系统,它以超声波为检测方式,具有成本低、结构简单、抗干扰性强等优点。在深入分析自动卷绕线张力控制系统放卷部分受力情况的基础上,推导了张力系统的数学模型以及采集量与控制量的关系,给出了输出控制量的数学表达式。详细阐述了控制系统的内部结构,并通过实际生产验证具有良好的张力控制效果。
A new type of constant tension control system is proposed, which uses ultrasonic as detection mode, which has the advantages of low cost, simple structure and strong anti-interference. Based on the in-depth analysis of the stress of unwinding part of the automatic winding tension control system, the mathematical model of the tension system and the relationship between the acquisition volume and the control volume are deduced. The mathematical expression of the output control volume is given. Detailed description of the internal structure of the control system, and verified by the actual production has good tension control effect.
