为了准确量化分析煤矿机电设备的可靠性,笔者利用无失效数据进行统计建模,利用对数正态分布的性质获得机电设备各个时刻的贝叶斯(Bayes)估计,进而求得母体参数及设备可靠性指标的评估,并结合某煤矿实例,进行无失效数据可靠性评估,从而验证了模型的合理性和正确性,可为企业管理人员提供参考和决策依据。
In order to accurately quantify and analyze the reliability of mine mechanical and electrical equipment, the author makes use of non-failure data for statistical modeling, and uses the properties of lognormal distribution to obtain Bayesian estimates of mechanical and electrical equipment at various moments, and then obtains the parent parameters and equipment Reliability index evaluation, combined with a coal mine example, the reliability of non-failure data is evaluated to verify the rationality and correctness of the model, which can provide reference and decision basis for enterprise managers.
