软骨细胞的增殖、分化与骨的生长、发育具有十分密切的关系。因此,对软骨细胞培养及分化的研究具有重要的理论和实际应用意义。近年来,这一领域的生化研究取得了很大的进展。本文从家兔肋软骨分离、培养了静止软骨细胞,并对其生长和分化特点进行了形态和代谢方面的观察。
Chondrocyte proliferation, differentiation and bone growth and development have a very close relationship. Therefore, the study of chondrocyte culture and differentiation has important theoretical and practical significance. In recent years, great progress has been made in biochemical research in this field. This article isolated from rabbit costal cartilage, cultured in vitro chondrocytes, and its growth and differentiation of morphological features and metabolic aspects of the observation.
