Objective To study the correlation between female genital condyloma acuminata human papillomavirus (HPV) clinical infection in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy and therapeutic targeting of female genital warts with human papillomavirus infection. Methods A total of 76 patients with condylomata acuminatum who visited the hospital from June 2013 to May 2014 were selected to study. According to the degree of infection, 36 cases with high-risk type infection were selected as control group. The patients with low-risk type infection were The observation group, a total of 40 cases; HPV positive specimens detected genotypes of patients were analyzed, and follow-up investigation of two groups of patients after discharge 3 months and 6 months of HPV genotypic recurrence rate. Results The genotypes of HPV positive specimens were compared in two groups. There were 4 genotypes of 6, 53, 11 and 6 + 11 in the observation group, and the genotypes of 24, 8, and 10 in the control group were HPV type (P <0.05). The recurrence rate of HPV genotypes in the observation group was 20.00% at 3 months after discharge and 16.67% in the control group, with no significant difference between the two groups . After 6 months of discharge, the recurrence rate of HPV genotypes in the observation group was only 4 cases, which was much lower than that in the control group (10.00%), which was significantly lower than that of the control group (30.56%) Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion HPV genotyping in different genital warts in different women lead to different recurrence rates of HPV infection in different patients. Therefore, in the actual clinical treatment, corresponding HPV genotyping should be given accordingly.
