1986年9月17日至19日,中国建材装备公司在北京召集全国18个水泥设计院、所,并邀请核工业部、冶金工业部、有色金属公司等水泥设计院、所,就水泥工业的技术进步和发展,水泥工业装备的制造厂家与设计部门的关系等问题,进行广泛深入的讨论,共同商讨解决的措施。召开这样由全国设计院、所参加的会议,在建国以来还是首次。
From September 17th to 19th, 1986, China National Building Material Equipment Corporation called for 18 cement design institutes and institutes nationwide in Beijing, and invited cement design institutes and institutes such as the Nuclear Industry Department, the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, and the Nonferrous Metals Company to cement industry. Technical progress and development, the relationship between the manufacturers of cement industry equipment and the design department, etc., carried out extensive and in-depth discussions and jointly discussed measures to solve the problem. It was the first time since the founding of the country that such a conference was held by the National Design Institute.
