鼓室成形术后延迟出现的面瘫较为少见。笔者在1981～1995年施行的516例鼓室成形术中，遇有2例发生于术后数目的术侧周围性面瘫。现报告其临床资料，旨在对其发病的相关因素进行探讨。1病例报告例1女，42岁。左耳反复流脓30余年，伴听力下降，以慢性化脓性中耳炎入院行鼓室成形 Delayed onset of facial paralysis after tympanoplasty is relatively rare.
