环氧丙烷(PO)是一种重要的基本有机化工原料,用途广泛。其工业生产方法主要有氯醇化法、共氧化法、异丙苯氧化法(CHP法)和过氧化氢直接氧化法(HPPO法)等,其中HPPO法因环保无污染而成为研究开发的重点。介绍了HPPO法制备环氧丙烷的工业生产现状,概述了我国HPPO法制备环氧丙烷的技术进展,提出了今后的发展建议。 Propylene oxide (PO) is an important basic organic chemical raw materials, a wide range of uses. The industrial production methods mainly include chloroalcoholization method, co-oxidation method, cumene oxidation method (CHP method), and hydrogen peroxide direct oxidation method (HPPO method), among which HPPO method has become the focus of research and development due to environmental pollution-free. The present situation of industrial production of propylene oxide by HPPO process is introduced. The technological progress of propylene oxide prepared by HPPO process in China is summarized. Suggestions for future development are put forward.
