目的:观察三氧消毒杀菌机空气消毒效果。方法:在一定温度、相对湿度分别是45%~60%和64%~70%下用三氧消毒杀菌机消毒病房和手术室3小时,消毒后半小时行自然沉降法空气采样,样本置37℃温箱培养24小时并计算菌落数得出消毒合格率。结果:两种湿度范围下空气消毒合格率病房分别是64.3%和92.9%,手术室分别是5%和100%,存在显著差异(χ2检验,P分别小于0.025与0.001)。结论:相对湿度对三氧消毒杀菌机空气消毒效果影响较大,在湿度较高时可以使空气消毒达到预期效果
Objective: To observe the disinfection of aerobic air disinfection effect.
