■公共交通是一个城市发展的重要因素,良好的交通可以促进城市的发展,而拥堵的交通只能制约城市的发展。■城市公路交通可以影响周边房地产的价值。通过美国交通,我们发现:公共交通依然是中国房地产开发的瓶颈。
■ Public transport is an important factor in the development of a city. Good transport can promote the development of the city. Congested traffic can only restrict the development of the city. ■ Urban road traffic can affect the value of the surrounding real estate. Through US traffic, we found that public transport is still the bottleneck of China’s real estate development.
