农村社区建设是一个复杂的系统工程,国内外学术界对如何“切入”农村社区建设都进行过不少富有成效的探索和研究。通过对有关访谈资料的分析,我们认为某NGO在宁夏回族自治区L村通过“文艺切入”的方式推动社区建设,取得了良好的效果:社区公共领域不断扩张,村民集体意识和自我管理意识逐渐形成,社区文化整合力不断增强。但是,“文艺切入”的模式是否适合某些文化传统并不厚重的农村社区,村委会是否能替代NGO所具有的社会功能,都有待于进一步研究。
The construction of rural communities is a complicated systematic project. Many academic circles both at home and abroad have conducted many fruitful explorations and studies on how to “cut in” rural communities. Through the analysis of relevant interviews, we think that some NGOs promoted the community construction in the village of L in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region through the way of “literary and artistic breakthrough”, and achieved good results: the public areas of the community expanded constantly, the villagers collective consciousness and self-management awareness Gradually formed, community culture, increasing integration. However, whether the mode of “art entry” is suitable for some rural communities whose cultural traditions are not heavy and whether the village committees can substitute for the social functions of NGOs needs to be further studied.
