我院是一所省级大型综合医院,门诊输液病人多是非住院患者接受治疗护理的重要场所(特别是由于患儿为特殊群体)。而护理人员相对较少,工作任务繁重,若不能及时让病人输上液体,极易与患者发生矛盾,给护理工作带来了一定的压力,护患纠纷就相对比较集中和突出。
Our hospital is a large provincial-level general hospital, outpatient infusion patients are mostly non-hospitalized patients receiving treatment and care of an important place (especially because of children as a special group). However, the number of nursing staff is relatively small and the tasks are heavy. If the patient is not allowed to lose liquid in time, it is very easy to contradict with the patient and bring some pressure to the nursing work. The nurse-patient dispute is relatively concentrated and prominent.
