本试验对不同营养系,自交选育和辐射诱变中获得的优良选系进行了农艺性状鉴定,测定了光合强度,可溶性糖含量,分析了过氧化物酶,多酚氧化酶酶谱,还观察了麻茎的解剖结构。然后通过经济性状与产量的相关分析和通径分析,提出苎麻育种材料的早期鉴定指标,高产优质的形态指标为株高180厘米以上,茎粗1厘米左右,皮厚0.7-0.9毫米,每亩有效株数15,000-20,000株;生理指标为光合作用强,可溶性糖含量中等,非还原糖与还原糖的比值高,过氧化物酶活性强。
In this experiment, the agronomic traits of different elite lines selected by different nutrition lines, self-selection and radiation mutagenesis were evaluated.
