受传统教育的影响,学校不少教师重智育轻德育,注重成绩,轻视习惯培养。此外,很多学生来自农转非家庭和进城务工者家庭,学生受家庭文化层次和家庭教育的影响,各方面行为习惯都比较差。再加上,现在的孩子独生子女居多,家长对其溺爱、娇纵,致使很多学生自私自利,不懂谦让与宽容,不懂感恩与奉献。学校通过各种形式的德育课堂,采取丰富多彩的教育方式,有效地培养了学生的良好习惯,解决了学生道德养成方面的有关问题,引导学生逐步形成了感恩、责任、奋进、爱心、奉献、诚信等良好品质。
