该文介绍了黑龙江省乌苏大桥主墩承台大体积混凝土施工过程温度控制技术,针对寒冷地区冬季施工的特殊问题,运用有限元方法对该承台施工过程的温度场进行数值分析,对浇筑温度、保温措施、冷却水管等参数进行影响因素分析,得到推荐的寒区大体积混凝土温控指标,并通过实测结果进行了验证。结果表明:有限元计算结果可以较好地反映承台真实的温度场分布,并据此对寒区大体积混凝土的温度控制提出的建议措施在工程实践中起到了良好的效果。
This paper introduces the temperature control technology of the mass concrete construction during the construction of the main pier of Wusu Bridge in Heilongjiang Province. According to the special problems of the winter construction in the cold area, the temperature field during the construction of the platform is numerically analyzed by finite element method. , Insulation measures, cooling pipes and other parameters were analyzed, and the recommended temperature control indicators for mass concrete in cold area were obtained and verified by the measured results. The results show that the finite element calculation results can reflect the true temperature field distribution of the cap, and the proposed measures to control the temperature of the mass concrete in the cold area have a good effect in engineering practice.
