该文对武汉二七大桥锚拉板结构进行有限元分析与模型静载试验,首先,根据相似理论采用应力相等对试验模型进行合理设计,以保证模型和实桥具有相同的受力状态。其次根据试验模型和实桥模型有限元分析,得出试验模型能反映实桥结构的受力状态,最后,对模型静力试验的数据分析,同时与模型有限元计算结果比较,得出两者应力接近,验证了计算模型的正确性,同时可知模型结构具有一定的安全储备,但局部区域存在严重的应力集中现象,在实际加工时切记要注意圆弧倒角的过渡匀顺,尽量减小应力集中。
In this paper, finite element analysis and model static load test are carried out on the anchor plate structure of Erqi Bridge in Wuhan. Firstly, the test model is designed with the stress equal according to the similarity theory to ensure that the model and the actual bridge have the same stress state. Secondly, based on the experimental model and the finite element analysis of the actual bridge model, the experimental model can be used to reflect the force state of the actual bridge structure. Finally, the data analysis of the model static test and the comparison with the finite element results show that the two Stress close to verify the correctness of the calculation model, we can see that the model structure has a certain safety reserve, but there are serious localized stress concentration phenomenon, the actual processing must pay attention to the smooth transition of the circular chamfer, to minimize Stress concentration.
