目前,使用计算机对图形的输入、输出处理技术发展很快,已应用到各个学科之中。我们利用VAX8350超级小型机和HP7475绘图仪根据化学分子结构计算之后的数据对分子构型图及能量曲线图进行了后期处理,对分子结构实现了三维旋转并投影到予想的平面上。在图形上,能直观、准确合理的表现出分子中原子的位置及分布。
At present, the use of computer graphics input and output processing technology developed rapidly, has been applied to various disciplines. We used the VAX8350 supercomputer and the HP7475 plotter to post-process the molecular configuration and energy curves based on the calculated data of the chemical molecular structure to achieve three-dimensional rotation of the molecular structure and projection onto the desired plane. In the graphics, can be intuitive, accurate and reasonable representation of the position and distribution of atoms in the molecule.
