利用汽车后桥传动效率试验台架对某MPV车型后桥传动效率的影响因素进行分析,针对驱动桥的轴承进行深入研究,发现轴承是影响驱动轴传动效率的一个重要因素。分别对驱动桥的轴承摩擦力矩、游隙以及轴承密封进行分析,结果显示,密封圈的摩擦力矩占比达85%以上,是轴承主要的功率消耗。在对轴承游隙的试验研究中发现,适当增大轴承游隙,能够提高后桥传动效率。
The factors that influence the transmission efficiency of the rear axle of an MPV vehicle are analyzed by using the test bench of the transmission efficiency of the rear axle of the automobile. An in-depth study on the bearings of the axle drive is carried out. It is found that the bearing is an important factor influencing the transmission efficiency of the drive shaft. The friction torque, clearance and bearing seal of the drive axle were analyzed respectively. The results show that the friction torque of the seal ring accounts for more than 85%, which is the main power consumption of the bearing. In the experimental study of the bearing clearance found that the appropriate increase in bearing clearance, can improve the transmission efficiency of the rear axle.
