本文分析了近年来连续发生的数起油品静电燃爆事故,对比了目前国内外油品静电风险防控措施。通过对油品静电现场测试以及各类特性参数分析,验证目前油品静电风险防控措施的有效性,在此基础上研究了油品静电在线监测技术,并对油品静电监测设备的应用情况进行介绍,提出油品静电燃爆危险性防控的新方法。
