就城市而言,节假日是零售企业促销的绝好机会。工矿企业休息,农民进城,外宾观光,结婚旅游,顾客流量骤增。因之,往往一个节日的销售量便是平时的几倍,十几倍。很多新产品还因此打开市场,滞销产品走销,获得较好的经济效益。诚然,节假日当班的营业人员是辛苦的。首先是营业量大,顾客比平时成倍增加,成交额也成倍增长;其次是工作时间较长,有的要一连工作十几小时,加班再加班;其三是风险系数人。顾客多,人人争先恐后,营业员有紧迫感,所以容易出差错:
