保险进社区是近一两年才兴起的,也被称作保险服务进社区、保险知识进社区、保险宣传进社区等,叫法不同,反映出人们对保险进社区的认识和目的存在较大差异:把它当作一种服务方式、一种宣传手段抑或一种推销方式。认识和目的的差异,决定了保险进社区的做法将大相径庭。为此,需要对保险进社区进行认真研究,准确定位。笔者认为,保险进社区应该提炼和嬗变为一种新型的营销模式,它有着丰富的内涵、明显的特点、具体的内容和突出的优势。
