汽车产业的发展关键在人才。近20年来中国汽车工业的高速发展,使得汽车产业对人才的需求迅速增长,各类汽车人才长期处于供不应求的局面。成都市龙泉汽车产业的各类人才供需缺口总量到2020年也将达到150790人。为解决这个问题,需要明确成都龙泉汽车人才队伍建设的核心策略,优化人才引进、使用、培养和激励机制,强化汽车人才队伍建设的政策支持,营造良好的汽车人才成长环境。
The key to the development of the automotive industry is talent. The rapid development of China’s automobile industry in the past two decades has led to a rapid increase in the demand for qualified personnel in the automobile industry and the long-term shortage of various types of automobile professionals. The total supply and demand gap of all kinds of talents in Longquan Automobile Industry in Chengdu will reach 150,790 by 2020. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to clarify the core strategy of establishing Chengdu Longquan Automotive Talent Team, optimize the introduction, use, training and incentive mechanism of talents, strengthen the policy support for the construction of automobile talent team, and create a favorable automotive talent development environment.
