义齿打磨时的粉尘污染,直接影响到技工人员的身体健康,为此我们在现有设备的基础上,研制了简易防尘罩、义齿打磨时可完全在防尘罩内进行,粉尘直接落入罩内,不仅可防止空气的污染,保证技工人员的身体健康,而且可保持环境和个人卫生,使用吸尘器价钱贵,目前难以普及。简易防尘罩不仅经济、使用方便,而且可完全阻止粉尘污染空气。制作方法:材料采用有机玻璃,粘接成方型盒式,长16cm,宽20cm,高25cm,两侧做一圆孔,直径12cm,孔用三瓣橡皮作防尘隔离,似瓣膜。操作时两手由此孔伸入罩内,操作者在玻璃罩外可清晰看到罩内打磨情况(附图)。
