近年来,高职高专职业院校取得了长足地发展,自99年扩招以来,职业院校办学规模不断扩大,在校生人数不断增加,所以高职高专的学生管理工作有了新的变化.本文通过对高职高专学生特点,学生管理存在问题的分析,提出了“以学促管”的可行性和实施方案。
