通过对罗茨机械工作过程的分析,导出了逆流冷却罗茨鼓风机和罗茨真空泵排气温度的表达式,分析了逆流冷却对排气温度的影响以及高压气体回流对排气腔容积变化不均匀度的影响,指出了逆流冷却能有效地降低排气气流脉动和噪声。
Based on the analysis of the working process of Roots machine, the expressions of exhaust gas temperature of Roots blower and Roots vacuum pump were derived. The effect of countercurrent cooling on the exhaust gas temperature and the variation of exhaust gas volume were analyzed. Degree of influence, pointed out that the countercurrent cooling can effectively reduce exhaust pulsation and noise.
