超声心动图波形标准程度决定于探头所取的位置和角度。本文从探头与心脏几何关系出发,对心前区、剑突下区及胸骨上凹等几个不同的探测径路进行分析。指出将主动脉瓣叶关闭线位于主动脉前后壁中间位置,前后壁在心室射血期上升幅度相等作为主动脉区波形的标准条件很不可靠,应以能见到主动脉瓣叶开放构成的盒子状图形为主要标准,以见到左房后壁隐约状切迹为参考标准;在探测心室波群时应注意探头位置要比探测主动脉时低一个肋间隙;胸骨上凹探测右肺动脉时,应以取得最小值为标准。此外,剑突下探测右室和右室流出道的径路对严重肺气肿的病人显得很重要,建议对其标准化问题进行研究。
