鼻腔血管瘤较少见,国内报告虽有逐渐增多趋势,但血管瘤呈囊性骨化实属罕见。我科收治1例鼻腔血管瘤形成囊性物,囊壁呈明显骨化。报告如下: 患者女,50岁。因右鼻腔持续性阻塞,间断性出血10年,加重1个月于1982年8月17日入院。自1972年始右鼻腔流黄水、鼻阻、嗅觉减退伴头痛。1973年曾鼻出血,少量缓滴,自用棉球填塞可止。平日鼻涕常有暗红色血丝。1974年在某院行“右鼻息肉摘除术”。术后鼻阻无好转,仍有间断性鼻出血。近1个月,右侧鼻阻,头痛加重,伴后眼球 Nasal hemangiomas are rare, although the domestic report is gradually increasing trend, but hemangioma cystic ossification is rare.
