国际经贸与商务环境的开展必然要通过跨文化沟通来实现,但是,跨文化沟通也经常会受到不同文化差异等诸多因素的阻挠。这些文化的差异包括有习俗、语言、文化、信仰以及法律等等诸多因素,在进行跨国商务活动时则必须要事先将此类因素考虑在内。这便需要跨国经营管理人员熟知异域文化,并对双方文化差异的矛盾点准确认知,并针对这种不同文化因素所导致的文化差异提出能够使两相适应的解决策略,加强双方理解与沟通。在此通过对国际经贸与商务环境下的跨文化沟通所存在的问题进行阐述并结合自身经验,对解决方式进一步论述,希望对相关工作者有所借鉴、帮助。
The development of international trade and business environment must be realized through cross-cultural communication. However, cross-cultural communication is often hindered by many cultural differences and other factors. These cultural differences include many factors such as customs, language, culture, beliefs and law, and such factors must be taken into account before conducting cross-border business activities. This requires that transnational management personnel are familiar with the foreign culture and accurately understand the contradiction between the cultural differences between the two parties and propose strategies for adapting the two phases to the cultural differences caused by these different cultural factors so as to enhance understanding and communication between the two sides . Through elaborating on the problems existing in intercultural communication in international economic, trade and business environment and combining with our own experience, this article further elaborates the solutions and hopes to provide reference and help to relevant workers.
