对Fe-Cr、Fe-Al、Fe-Cr-Al和Fe-Mn-Al-Cr合金的钝化膜进行了XPS分析研究,并在0.5mol/L H_2SO_4中测定了它们的阳极极化曲线。结果表明:在上述合金的钝化膜中,均出现Cr、Al的富集,但在Fe-Cr-Al合金的钝化膜中,Cr的富集受到抑制。经计算,铬在膜中富集因子ηCr在Fe-5Cr合金为3.7,而在Fe-5Cr-3Al合金的膜中为2.2,在Fe-26Mn-3Al-6Cr合金的钝化膜中,Cr的富集未受到抑制,ηCr,为3.53,与Fe-5Cr的相当。可见,Fe-Mn-Al-Cr合金Cr、Al复合钝化膜的钝性优于同等含Cr量的Fe-Cr合金,更加优于同等Cr、Al含量的Fe-Cr-Al合金。
The passivation films of Fe-Cr, Fe-Al, Fe-Cr-Al and Fe-Mn-Al-Cr alloys were investigated by XPS and their anodic polarization curves were measured in 0.5 mol / L H 2 SO 4. The results show that Cr and Al are enriched in the passivation films of the above alloys, but the Cr enrichment is suppressed in the passivation films of Fe-Cr-Al alloys. The calculated enrichment factor of chromium in the film ηCr in the Fe-5Cr alloy of 3.7, and in the Fe-5Cr-3Al alloy film 2.2, Fe-26Mn-3Al-6Cr alloy passivation film, Cr Enrichment unchecked, ηCr, was 3.53, comparable to Fe-5Cr. It can be seen that the passivation of Cr and Al composite passivation films of Fe-Mn-Al-Cr alloy is better than that of Fe-Cr alloy with equivalent Cr content, and is superior to Fe-Cr-Al alloy with equivalent Cr and Al contents.
