目前针对黑龙江省农业种植结构调整的需要及干旱,理想的高产、多抗、抗旱小麦新品种资源比较缺乏,国外引进出的品种产量低适应性差,适合黑龙江省自然条件的品种较少,影响小麦的产量水平及效益的提高。因此大力加强超高产、多抗、抗旱小麦新品种的培育及应用是当务之急。本课题已选育出高产、多抗、抗旱小麦新品种克旱16号,该品种为黑龙江省高产、杆强和多抗重点推广品种,目前为黑龙江省第一主栽高产专用小麦品种。该品种为充分发挥黑龙江省及齐市的自然优势、科技优势、充分挖掘小麦品种的产量潜力,提高小麦的总产量和市场的占有率,提升黑龙江省及齐市粮食的综合生产能力及社会、经济、生态效益具有重大的意义。
